I am a psychotherapist certified by the World Association for Positive and Transcultural Psychotherapy. To obtain this title, I completed a 4.5 year long course in positive psychotherapy held by the Wroclaw Institute of Psychotherapy in cooperation with WAPP.

As I am also interested in various forms of art therapy, I completed a postgraduate degree at the University of Wroclaw preparing me to use art therapy tools in my psychotherapeutic work, as well as additional courses in choreotherapy and expressive writing.

As a positive psychotherapist, I am a member of the World Association for Positive and Transcultural Psychotherapy, which brings together therapists from around the world, and the Polish Society for Applied Psychotherapy.

I combine my therapeutic practice with a career in the academia. In 2014 I was awarded a doctoral degree in Humanities by the Spanish Autonomous University of Barcelona, and since that moment I have collaborated with various academic centres, where, in addition to teaching subjects related to communicative and psychosocial competences, I conduct research in the area of psychoeducational potential of literature and theatre.
