About me
I am a psychotherapist with an extensive training in positive psychotherapy completed at the Wrocław Institute of Psychotherapy, Poland. The training encompassed over a thousand hours of theoretical and pracitcal workshops, as well as supervision, intervision and self-dicscovery. I continue honing my skills at the aforementioned institution, deepening my knowledge about systemic and Ericksonian therapy.
Additionally, I have training in various forms of art therapy, attested by a diploma from the University of Wroclaw and certificates of completion of courses in choreotherapy and expressive writing.
As a positive psychotherapist, I am a member of the World Association for Positive and Transcultural Psychotherapy, which brings together therapists from all over the world, as well as the Polish Association for Applied Psychotherapy.
I combine my therapeutic practice with a career in the academia. In 2014 I was awarded a doctoral degree in Humanities by the Spanish Autonomous University of Barcelona, and since that moment I have collaborated with various academic centres, where, in addition to teaching subjects related to communicative and psychosocial competences, I conduct research in the area of psychoeducational potential of literature and theatre.
